Plagiarism Policy

Authors are kindly requested, when drafting their paper, to study the following manual in detail:  http://old.unsa.ba/s/images/stories/plagijarizam/Primjeri%20plagijarizma.pdf

Manuscripts in which plagiarism is detected will be further treated depending on the scope of such plagiarism.

Plagiarism <5%: The manuscript will receive an ID, and the manuscript will be sent to the author for content review.

Plagiarism 5-30%: The manuscript will not receive an ID and the manuscript will be sent to the author for content review.

Plagiarism >30%:  The manuscript will be rejected without review. Authors are advised to revise the manuscript and then send it again.

If plagiarism exceeds 30%, it shall be determined that it is unlikely that the authors will be revising the manuscript and submitting the revised version. However, the authors are free to make the necessary modifications and submit the manuscript as a new submission.

Self-citation (citation of one’s own work) is not recommended. If, however, that is the case, then the author must mask the authorship data prior to sending the paper.

At the same time, while entering comments, take care that the comments do not contain any personal information about the author of the comment. (More precisely: please remove the Word document authorship data in MS Word.)
